I would suggest searching for more raw recipes to keep things interesting, as well as more exercise to keep your metabolism up. THIS MONTH'S RECIPE

Sweet and Spicy Nut Treat!

½ cup finely diced walnuts

4 Tbsp organic peanut butter

4 (1 gram) packets stevia

1 Tbsp cinnamon

¼ cup seedless raisins

¼ cup water

Stir all ingredient until smooth except for the raisins and walnuts (texture!) Put in two small dessert serving bowls. Sprinkle some additional cinnamon on top. Chill in refrigerator. Enjoy!
