Broccoli, an excellent source of raw food protein!

superfood broccoli

Broccoli is an excellent source of raw food protein! It is one of the best foods for you and has a broad range of nutrients, as well as being anti-inflammatory. In fact I finish each day by having some as part of my dinner. The florets make a crunchy and delicious topping on any salad. As a dark green, as well as cruciferous plant, this "superfood" has incredible nutrient density!

Here is the nutritional data from NutritionData.com.

One cup, chopped and raw - 31 calories, O grams of fat, 6 grams of carbs and 3 grams of protein.
