I have found that exercise is much easier since going raw. Not only do I have more energy, but I also weigh less. It is easy to keep off the weight because with my new zest, my workouts have become habitual and something I do earlier in the day. This really revs up my metabolism and keeps me running at peak performance.

Notice the exercise was more robust, as well as the fact that there weren't any days skipped. I now workout every day! My walks have become much longer now. My average short walk day is about 4 miles, while my average long walk day is about 10 miles. Pushups and crunches are easier, and a 2 mile jog is enough to get the blood pumping, but I could go farther. Too bad jogging is sooo boring. I wished I liked it more as it is great exercise!
