Using A Food Processor For Raw Food Recipes!

raw food recipes are easy with a food processor

You can use a food processor for many raw food recipes! The blades are much larger than a blenders and the bowl is wider and shallower. This makes the processor more oriented for solids as opposed to drinks and smoothies which the blender is better for.

Popular brand include Cuisineart, GE, Hamilton Beach, and Braun. The one I use is the Braun K 650. It has a nice large 8 and half cup bowl, a powerful motor, and variable speeds. The only drawback is that it is rather large and takes up a fair amount of counterspace. There are however, many popular smaller models you can get for under $100.
