Protein Pudding

Great for after a workout!

Ingredients:

1 medium avocado
3 Tbsp almond butter
3 individual serving packets stevia
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (unsweetened, rice based)
Water added for desired consistency

In a small bowl or food processor mix peeled avocado and almond butter. Add in stevia, protein powder and water and continue to mix until creamy consistency. Serves 2, enjoy!

Fat: 24g
Protein: 14g
