BANANA MASH PUDDING
Take a medium banana and smash up with a fork until it turns into a smooth paste. Mix in a tablespoon of raw honey and a tablespoon of raw almond butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 oz. of raw cacao nibs. Enjoy!
Peel and pit a medium size mango. Dice up into small bits. Put into 2 dessert cups and sprinkle with 1 oz. shredded coconut and 2 oz. chopped pecans. Serves two!
