Try this raw food dinner to lower your morning glucose!
I had an unsatisfying reading this morning and would like to have good one tomorrow. I am going to try a nutritious and colorful dinner and judge the results.
1 medium raw tomato, sliced. 1 cup of broccoli florets. 1 medium tomato. Icewater to drink. For "dessert" I am going to have 2 teaspoons of cinnamon mixed with 1 teaspoon of raw honey.
Total Calories 111 Fat 0 grams
Carbohydrates 27 grams Protein 5 grams
I'll check my morning glucose tomorrow and report back....
NOT TOO BAD - 106. I have since learned that honey is a no no when trying to reverse diabetes. So going forward I am going to have desserts if they are sweetened only with stevia. I have been having normal glucose readings (70-110) for quite some time now following the advice of the DIABETES REVERSAL REPORT!
