Make sure you get all your vitamins and minerals with your raw food lifestyle. Since raw foodist don't eat many of the food groups it is essential we get a wide enough variety of what we do eat to cover our basic vitamin and mineral needs. There are 13 Vitamins we need and 13 minerals.

The essential minerals are Potassium, Chloride, Sodium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Manganese, Copper, Iodine, Selenium and Molybdenum.
