Choco Guaco Smoothie

3 ounces of baby spinach leaves

1 cup of destemmed fresh strawberries

2 packets of stevia (or to your taste)

1 serving of vegan (rice based) chocolate protein powder

1 medium avocado

20 ounces of cold water

Blend all ingredients for approximately 1 minute or until smooth. Chill in refrigerator, then a quick reblend and pour into frosted glasses!

Serves 2. Each serving contains:

207 calories

11 grams fat

15 grams carb

15 grams protein
