Here is a bright and heart healthy salad with an Italian flavor!
2 medium tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
Basil flakes
Oregano flakes
Dice tomatoes, pepper and garlic clove in a medium size bowl. Mix well. Drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle with basil and oregano. Enjoy!
