Raw food weight loss is easy to achieve. There are many reasons for this. The first is that you are eating highly nutritious food. Your hunger goes away when it gets the nutrients it needs, so you actually eat less. In other words, your body gets as much nutrition as it needs from a small raw food portion as it gets from eating more of a SAD (Standard American Diet). You consume much fewer calories on a raw food diet. I have lost 14 lbs in six weeks by eating raw. Ironically, I exercise more now that I am raw because I have more energy and enjoy seeing the progress. It is a positive feedback loop!
WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE: As of August 10, 2009 I have lost 26 lbs. eating raw! I never considered myself heavy, but my midsection has disappeared. At age 43, I now weigh exactly what I did in college over 20 years ago, 150 lbs!
