Save time with raw snacks fast! Here are a couple of good ones. I like the Raw Revolution brand organic live food bar. They come in several flavors including chocolate and cashew as well as chocolate and coconut. They come in a single serving size, and the nutritional value is: Calories 280, Fat 18 grams, Carbohydrates 28 grams, and Protein 8 grams. They also have 4 grams of fiber and 8% of the daily value (DV) of Vitamin C, 6% of your calcium needs and a whopping 20% of your iron DV. We also recommended of course to eat superfoods, those with the most nutrient density as they will make you feel energized!

For a homemade snack, I take 1/3 cup of uncooked oatmeal, 1/3 cup of raw cacao powder and 1/2 teaspoon of stevia powder. I mix in a small bowl with 1/4 cup of water. I put this in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Then, later when I am in the mood for a tasty energy snack, my chocolate oatmeal is ready!
